The I Teach America Association is headquartered in New Market, Maryland. Founder and President, Bill Condon, developed his vision for this organization after speaking with a myriad of educators who shared with him the unique opportunities, challenges, and needs of teachers across the U.S.

Based upon these discussions, ITA offers benefits and services designed to provide timely, useful information that will help ease the demands and financial burdens experienced by so many teachers, and to enhance the teaching experience so that we can help keep good teachers in the profession.
